2. How much do the Signature Beach Towels cost?
Pricing depends on quantity ordered and the number of colors in your design.
Pricing for our most popular BT-10.5starts at $16.00 per towel for the minimum of 48 pieces. Add .50 to each towel price for two colors, $1.00 additional for three colors and $1.50 for four colors. Please submit a form for a quote for your school.
3. Are there discounts for higher quantities?
Yes! There are price breaks at 72 to 143 towels and at 144 or more units.
4. Are there set up fees?
Yes. There is an imprint fee of $105.88 per color and if you are doing signatures there is a signature set up fee of $47.06.
5. Is there a shipping charge and how do you ship towels?
Yes, there is a shipping fee. We ship via UPS ground. If you need towels sooner let us know and we can get you pricing on expedited shipping. Once we know how many towels you need and the zip code they are shipping to we can give you a close estimate of the cost.
6. How long does it take before we get our towels?
Many factors play into timing such as how soon you are able to get us your artwork, including logo and signatures, (if applicable) and sales agreement back and where you are located. Typically it takes three weeks plus shipping time once we have all of your information in hand. Please allow yourself ample time to place a towel. You do not want to be up against a graduation date and not be able to hand them out on the day you need them. Prepare for the worst and expect the best. Delays do happen. Power fails and weather interrupts deliveries.
7. I don't have artwork. Can I still get a towel with a logo on it?
Absolutely! We would be delighted to help you design an imprint for your towel. Some things that would help are your school colors, do you have a mascot, do you have a tag line such as Home of the Ravens, or any other information to identify your group.
8. Do you offer samples?
Yes, we can send you a sample of a towel we have done for another group. Please request this only if you are seriously considering working with us as we are a small company (that works with large suppliers) and we do not charge you for the cost of the towel or the shipping to get it to you. As you can imagine, this can add up to quite a bit of money.
9. When do we pay you?
Payment is due in full when you send in your signatures and/or final sales agreement. We accept credit cards or PayPal or an organization check (no personal checks, please). Credit card accounts will be charged a nominal 2% processing fee.
10. Can we cancel our order?
Yes, your order can be canceled anytime before it is sent to the supplier. Once we have submitted information to the supplier we may not be able to cancel it depending on how far they are in the process.
11. Should I order extra towels?
You should plan on purchasing some extra towels because once people see them, they will want one. A reorder of towels would have to be a minimum of 48 towels so you will save money by getting them with your main order. Plus, you don not want anyone to be disappointed.
